Our executives come from agencies world-wide. It was an absolutely organic progression to begin servicing agencies like we service individual businesses. Agencies are under tremendous pressure to give their clients the service they crave and deserve– and this means having a staff experienced enough and available to handle all client requests. In a perfect world, this would be an fix – hire more people. However, especially in this trying economy, hiring account executives, project managers, designers and publicists can be challenging – and expensive!
We realized early on at Mavi Creative that partnering with agencies was good business – for us and for the agencies we work with. We are experienced account executives, project managers, designers, programmers and publicists – and we love agency culture-our own and our friend’s.
Our staff speaks over six languages and has worked on accounts ranging from top consumer products, Fortune 500 companies, local restaurants and stores, celebrity talent and everywhere in between.
We work with agencies in a variety of ways. Sometimes we work with them to create, conceptualize, design and program a website for their clients. Other times we help them create a brand identity or the perfect brochure.
We also work with our clients as account executives – literally working with the agency in-house team to fill the needs of a particular account. These needs include but are not limited to; project management, public relations pitching, marketing program creation and implementation etc.
This partnership approach has been a win win for both our agency and the agencies that we assist. Our agency friends get the support they need without having to incur the costs of hiring a part-time or full-time employee – we don’t need health insurance, unemployment coverage, 401Ks – all the benefits of experienced, professional, capable staff without the stress of hiring.
